Camo Collections ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


โฑ๏ธ Order Processing Time

All of our products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2โ€“7 business days for production and quality control before your order ships.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Production times may vary during peak seasons or high order volumes.

๐Ÿ“ฌ Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Camo Collections is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

To update your address, contact us immediately at support@camocollections.com. Address changes can only be made before the order enters production.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

  1. Check your tracking information for the latest updates.
  2. Allow 5 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery date.
  3. Contact us at support@camocollections.com with your order number.

We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


๐Ÿ“ฎ Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, we will contact you by email. Re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


๐Ÿ–๏ธ Peak Season Notice

During high-volume periods, production and delivery times may be slightly extended. We recommend ordering 2โ€“3 weeks in advance for:

  • Memorial Day (late May)
  • 4th of July (early July)
  • Veterans Day (November)
  • Thanksgiving & Christmas (Novemberโ€“December)
